Sorry, I cannot answer your fanmail, because I wasn’t following you and my answer is too long for an ask. So here it is:
A tilted uterus is usually not a problem when trying to conceive. If there is no underlying cause of a tilted uterus, it’s considered a normal anatomical variation. About 20% of all women have a tilted uterus.
It’s also usually not a problem during pregnancy. It may cause back pain or some urine leaking, but no major problems. In fact, pregnancy may actually cause your uterus to move forward at approximately 10 to 12 weeks.
Sometimes, but that is really, really rare, a tilted uterus can cause miscarriage. If the doctor is concerned, they sometimes decide to put in a pessary - is a plastic or a silicone device that temporarily moves the uterus.
Did they tell you why is your ovary enlarged?
Hope I helped. :)

The male competitors are in awe the whole time, and even the commentators learned to stop saying, “I don’t think she can do this.”
After hiking for twelve hours out of a nineteen hour trek, it was time to watch the sunrise at Dinosaur Ridge. When we first looked out, the mountains were completely covered by clouds, but within an hour the clouds dropped and this was what we saw. It felt like heaven, and you could hear everyone present for this moment screaming and shouting for joy! I’d never seen something so incredible, I had to meditate and have gratitude to have experienced this. Some locals said that they’d never seen the mountains like this, even in their 40+ years of hiking there. (© Ka Ram Shim/National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest)
